Every year we ring the bell to raise funds for the Salvation Army and we are looking for volunteers to help out every Friday during Dickens of a Christmas in downtown Roanoke. Shifts last one hour starting at 6pm and ending at 9pm. We like to have two people per shift.
Join us for a social time at the Adult Care Center of Roanoke Valley. We will meet at 11:30am to set up, serve, and join the participants to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal. The Kiwanis Club of Roanoke was instrumental in the founding of this community resource 40 years ago, and have been actively supporting it ever since. Wear a blue Kiwanis cap if you can.
Welcome to the Kiwanis Club of Roanoke Board of Directors. We are holding our annual training session for new Board members. During this session we will review the responsibilities of Kiwanis Club board members, review the official sources of Kiwanis Board member information, and spend time addressing questions/comments from new board members. The hour-long session is scheduled to immediately follow the Board meeting.
