OVER $1M OF GRANTS AWARDED DURING THE PAST DECADE TO SUPPORT WORTHY LOCAL COMMUNITY PROJECTS

The Kiwanis Club of Roanoke funds worthy projects in local Greater Roanoke Valley organizations that support our mission of serving the children, older adults, and disadvantaged in our community. We also assist organizations that promote the environment and conserve our Valley’s natural resources. We only provide grant funds for the Roanoke Valley Metropolitan Statistical Area. We give strong consideration to those projects where our Club’s members can get involved and invest their time, talents, and sweat equity. If you have a project that meets these criteria, you are invited to apply for a grant.

The Kiwanis Club of Roanoke grant application period for 2024-2025 has closed; see list of grant recipients below. The grant application period for 2025-2026 opens on June 30, 2025. The 2024-2025 Grant Cover Letter and Grant RFP (request for proposal) may be downloaded.
