High Caliber Local Speakers Address Weekly Luncheons

Weekly luncheons showcase high-caliber local speakers who are focused on timely and relevant topics; most are focused on the age 40 and under demographic and/or the business community. Club members and guests are drawn to the opportunity to be informed and inspired. News media periodically covers these events.

Recent speakers have included Michael Friedlander, executive director of the Fralin Biomedical Research Institute at VTC; Henri Gendreau, founder and editor-in-chief of The Roanoke Rambler; Liz Belcher, longtime Roanoke City Greenway Coordinator; Verletta White, superintendent of Roanoke City Public Schools; Lois Fritz, founder and director of New Freedom Farm; and members of the Virginia General Assembly.

Networking is an important aspect for our weekly luncheon Club members and guests.
