OVER $1M OF GRANTS AWARDED DURING THE PAST DECADE TO SUPPORT WORTHY LOCAL COMMUNITY PROJECTS

The Kiwanis Club of Roanoke funds worthy projects in local Greater Roanoke Valley organizations that support our mission of serving the children, older adults, and disadvantaged in our community. We also assist organizations that promote the environment and conserve our Valley’s natural resources. We only provide grant funds for organizations in the Roanoke Valley Metropolitan Statistical Area. If you have a project that meets these criteria, you are invited to apply for a grant.

See list of 2025-2026 grant recipients below. The grant application period for 2026-2027 opens on June 30, 2026 and closes on August 15, 2026. The 2025-2026 Grant Cover Letter and Grant RFP (request for proposal) may be downloaded.
