WASENA BRIDGE PARTY PROMOTION

Join fellow Kiwanians as we participate in the Wasena Bridge Party on April 13 to promote our Kiwanis Club. Volunteer shifts will run from 3:00-5:30pm and 5:30-8:00pm. We will perform volunteer activities (such as alcohol ticket sales/ID check, beer pouring, perimeter security) and we will have a booth to promote our Club. This event is part of our Club’s efforts to Outreach into our community.
We are supporting the Wasena Neighborhood Association to celebrate the closing of the bridge in preparation for its replacement. This party will take place on the bridge; it will be closed for the day just for the party. The celebration will be a fun filled family event with activities for the kids and adults, music, and food/beverages; all will have the opportunity to use chalk to draw on the bridge surface.
As a bonus, the new 8-foot Kiwanis Larry the Logperch float will make its debut.
