
JOIN US AT WEEKLY MEETINGS
The Kiwanis Club of Roanoke is one of the largest and most active of the 15,000+ worldwide Kiwanis clubs, and the largest civic organization in the Roanoke Valley. Join our weekly meetings in person or virtually using the Zoom link below, where high-caliber local speakers present timely and relevant topics; many are focused on the under 40 demographic and the business community. Networking is an important element for our civically-engaged Club members. Our membership includes city and state government leaders, corporate leaders, nonprofit leaders, church leaders, civic-minded residents, the 2021 Roanoke City Citizen of the Year, and the 2023 Roanoke City Citizen of the Year. Strong connections and friendships occur here.
We meet on Wednesday's at 12:30pm in Charter Hall on the third floor of the Roanoke City Market Building. Guest attendance is free of charge, with no obligation, and includes lunch. We have been serving the Roanoke community for over 100 years and would be delighted to have you join us. Community service is what we do.

High School Scholarship Awards

Join us Wednesday for our weekly meeting at 12:30 PM in Charter Hall on the third floor of the City Market Building to help celebrate awarding scholarships to some of the most deserving local high school students.
Students in High Schools with Key Clubs supported by the Kiwanis Club of Roanoke applied for a scholarship (Cave Spring, Hidden Valley, Northside, Patrick Henry, William Fleming, Roanoke Catholic, Staunton River). All applications were reviewed and scored by a committee; the six finalists were interviewed. Students will receive scholarships ranging from $2,500 to $6,000. The award criteria is focused on school and community volunteer service, academic achievement, and financial need.
